I believe this gravestone is that of my great great grandfather. I stumbled upon it while researching the family history. I know his sisters names were Annie and Penninah but before seeing this had no idea when he had died. J. Merrill, Ontario Canada

I've re-checked my photo's and the gravestone really does say "Peninnac" rather than "Penninah" ...

I'm just going by the census records I've found, perhaps the census was wrong and it is Peninnac?Thank you for re-checking your photo. Apparently Albert was married to a much older woman and had an affair with my much younger great great grandmother who gave birth to my great grandmother Alberta Mann, named after her father. She was sent to one of the Bernardo Homes after her mother became ill. From there she was sent to Canada. It has been interesting finding out about her family in Cornwall. Thanks for the information!
